My experience spans full-stack AI system engineering, RAG pipelines, and commercial visual media production.
Genesys Integrated Indonesia
- Engineered a full-stack conversational AI application using a Next.js frontend and a Python backend to securely process Large Language Model (LLM) logic.
- Implemented a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline, enabling the AI to accurately parse and query proprietary company guidelines without hallucinating.
- Integrated LLM function calling to interact with external REST APIs, allowing the chatbot to securely fetch real-time data and live status updates for end-users.
- Developed a dynamic human-in-the-loop (HITL) learning mechanism that captures administrator feedback to continuously refine the bot's domain knowledge and accuracy.

- Developed backend services for an AI-enhanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system using Python and Flask to optimize internal business operations.
- Engineered a mobile-responsive web application utilizing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for automated receipt scanning, extracting data to seamlessly track user income and expenses.

- Document live performance events for DJ Henry, ensuring comprehensive, high-quality visual coverage of each set and venue.
- Conceptualize, shoot, and produce engaging promotional materials to build and maintain the artist's digital brand presence.
- Collaborated closely with the artist to translate their ideas into engaging digital content that elevated their brand.
